KIWOCLEAN AQ 508 +808 The combination of KIWOCLEAN AQ 508 and 808 is a 1-step cleaning and decoating system. This combination eliminates the need to use an ink wash prior to removing the stencil. The ink cleaner, stencil remover and water are combined to provide a single working solution to reclaim your screen in one easy step. After removing the excess ink from the press, simply combine the suggested ratios of AQ 508, AQ 808 and water, aplly to the screen , brush, wait and spray off the residue. The ratios of AQ 508, AQ 808 and water can be adjusted to fit the screen cleaning requirements and stencil reclaiming needs. KIWO HAZE REMOVER A liquid haze remover for most ink stains and emulsion residues on the screen. It should be coated or brushed onto a dried screen and re-dried; then reactivated with one of KIWO’s ink wash products to enhance cleaning on stubborn ink stains. KIWO ULTRA PREP KIWO ULTRA PREP is a new mesh preparation product formulated to increase process reliability. ULTRA PREP significantly improves wettability of the mesh, and the adherence of the emulsion - improving the emulsions on-press durability.
