Correct exposure of the stencil affects the resolution of the stencil and the
durability
of the screen on press. Our expsoure test films are easy to use tools
not only to set the
exposure times but also to monitor exposure consistency
with every screen. Our test
films are separated into three sets, specifically
designed to provide optimum results
on various mesh counts and stencil
materials. Now you have the possibility to use the
same exposure targets
that we use in our labs to evaluate our new developments.
Our Rz-meter
(profilometer)
measures the
stencil
roughness, an
important
factor dirctly influencing
print quality.
The abilit to measure the
thickness of your mesh and

enables youto predict
and control
critical elemnet
of the screen

such as ink
deposit and color
density.
