KIWOCOL Diazo Emulsions Diazo emulsions have been used for many decades and are still prefered when low production cost is a major consideration. Diazo emulsions are either water resistant or resistant to UV and solvent-based inks. Plastisol inks may be used with either one of the listed emulsions.

KIWOCOL 225 WR / WR Undyed KIWOCOL 225 WR is an emulsion formulated specifically for use with water-based and plastisol inks. It provides very good resolution with good exposure latitude. Its mechanical resistance helps resist stencil breakdown and endure the wear and tear caused by the squeegee/floodbar. With the use of a KIWO Hardener, even longer print runs can be acheived using water-based inks. KIWOCOL 300 WR KIWOCOL 300 WR is a water resistant diazo-sensitized emulsion specifically designed for printing with water-based, and discharge inks, plastisol inks and works very well with water-based screen printable adhesives. KIWOCOL 16 RAPID KIWOCOL 16 RAPID is an economical, durable, solvent resistant, and fast exposing emulsion made for general graphics and textile printing. Its balanced viscosity and solds content make it easy to achieve good emulsion build-up on all mesh counts using a variety of coating techniques. High solvent resistance makes it a good choice when using most graphic and plastisol ink systems.
