KIWOMAT Modular PRO

 

The KIWOMAT Modular PRO is the ultimum in
precision screen coating equipment. The PRO was developed to take automatic coating to a new level with integrated IR-drying, revolutionary coating trough design and simulated hand coating rocedures that eliminates air pockets and coating variations.

Control Panel

The KIWOMAT PRO comes standard with a digital control panel and the possibility to store over 100 coating programs inlcuding integrated drying and face-coates with intermediate drying.

The KIWOMAT PRO is available in sizes from 49" x 57" up to 236" x 157". It comes standard in portrait format with available landscape option up to 157" wide. Other options include multi-frame coating and clamping system, motorized clamping bar, side load option, variable dive to provide optimum coating accuracy with varying screen sizes, IR-drying and many more.

The KIWOMAT PRO is the tool of choice for precision, repeatability and comfort. It is perfect for users that coat a large variety of mesh counts and utilize numerous application specific coating techniques to produce the optimum stencil.
