DEGREASER (1:20) Concentrate DEGREASER 1:20 Concentrate is an economical degreaser with strong foaming action. It is free from Chlorine and phosphates, and is biodegradable. KIWO ULTRA PREP ULTRA PREP is the latest technology in mesh preparation to increase process reliability. ULTRA PREP improves the wetting ability of the mesh and adhering of emulsion-improving the emulsion's durability. ULTRA PREP treated mesh also improves the flow of both emulsion and ink through the screen resulting in better coating results and finer details during printing. When used on newly meshed screens, it also reduces the appearance of ghost haze images. PREGAN A9 PREGAN A9 is a highly efficient cleaning and degreasing solution that is ready to use. It is suitable for all mesh types and prevents pinholes and irregularities in the emulsion coating. PREGAN A9 emulsifies dirt and grease, thus making them water soluble. A strong faming action accelerated the degreasing process and is an aid in determining thoroughness of rinsing. ESTELAN B 700-05 & KIWODUR RD KIWODUR RD is the hardener used with ESTELAN B 700-05. Mix ESTELAN B 700-05 in a 4:1 weight ratio with KIWODUR RD by mixing 100 parts ESTELAN B 700-05 and 25 parts HARDENER RD. After stirring thoroughly, the lacquer can be applied with a brush or a coating trough.
